About Founder

Suraj is a CA by profession, traveler by passion and an entrepreneur by heart. Currently he is involved in multiple projects and has his own consulting firm. In the past he has worked in different sectors and brings diversified experience onboard.

After his graduation, at the age of 21 he volunteered for AIESEC Global Community Development Programme in Krakow, Poland for 2 months.

Suraj secured all India rank 43rd in his CA exams, after completing his CA and post-graduation from Mumbai University he started working for Ernst & Young (EY), worldâ€™s second largest audit firm. He was involved in statutory audit of US Mutual Fund and Indian Manufacturing Industry.

After EY, he moved on and joined Tata Trusts and Govt. of India as a Consultant for Swachh Bharat Mission. During his tenure, he worked at grass root levels in the state of Uttar Pradesh, during the same period he worked with the Ministry for organizing Prime Ministerâ€™s and President of India's events. He visited more than 15 districts in UP state for fund reconciliation of more than 40 billion INR.

He has been awarded multiple recommendation letters from IAS officers with whom he worked at Ministry and State level. He was also selected to work for Govt. of Uttar Pradesh for Kumbh Mela, 2019.

After the Corporate and Government journey, Suraj took the entrepreneurial plunge and co- founded two startups. First, Vruksh Ecosystem Foundation, a think-tank based out of Nagpur working for startup ecosystem in tier-II & tier-III cities. Second, waterless daily car cleaning service in Mumbai.

In 2019, Suraj founded S D Singh & Associates, CA Firm which is a finance, tax and corporate advisory firm. He has a team of CAs working across the country. In 2022, he was one of few in Maharashtra state to be selected for an Accelerator Programme by Cornell University â€“ Maha60.
